hassle-free returns within 7 days of delivery on selected products, subject to promotional and category-based conditions.
unused, unopened, and in original packaging with all labels and seals intact.

damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please report it to us within 24 hours of delivery by sending clear photos to support@ygnnutrition.com.
excessive or non-compliant returns, we reserve the right to charge a reverse pickup fee of up to ₹100, which will be deducted from the refund amount.

REFUNDS

prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7 days

Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be issued as a store credit or wallet balance redeemable on future purchases.

7–10 business days after the returned item is received and verified by our team.
