CONTRACT FORMATION

Once you place an order, you will receive an Order Confirmation email. When your order is dispatched, you will receive a Shipping Confirmation email. Only then is your order considered accepted.

PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

All orders are subject to product availability. If a product is out of stock or unavailable, we may offer you a substitute of similar value and quality. If you choose not to accept it, we will issue a full refund.

REFUSAL TO PROCESS ORDERS

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion, even after a confirmation has been sent. We may modify or remove products, pricing, or other content from our website at any time without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party for these changes or cancellations.

DELIVERY

We aim to dispatch orders within 3-5 business days. However, delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances. Orders will be considered delivered once you or a third party receives and signs for them at the provided address. The maximum delivery timeline is 30 days from the date of order confirmation unless otherwise stated.

PRICING AND PAYMENT

All product prices are listed in INR and may exclude applicable taxes such as GST, duties, and shipping. Prices may change at any time without notice. If a pricing error is obvious and could reasonably have been recognized by you, we are not obligated to honor the incorrect price, even after order confirmation. If we identify a pricing error, we will contact you to reconfirm or cancel the order and process a refund if necessary.

RETURNS AND REFUNDS POLICY

Due to the consumable nature of our products, we do not accept returns for opened, used, or tampered items. Returns are only accepted if you receive the wrong product, or if the product is expired or damaged on arrival. To request a return, email us at support@ygnnutrition.com within 7 days of delivery with your order details and product images. Once approved by our support team, we will arrange a reverse pickup. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and with all seals intact. A ₹100 reverse pickup fee may apply unless the return is due to an error on our part. Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after the returned product is received and verified.

TAXES AND INVOICING

All applicable taxes including GST will be charged as per the current regulations. A full invoice will be provided with your order upon delivery.
